SUBSCRIBER REFERENCE INFORMATION

ADDITIONAL TICKETS AND EXCHANGES

Only Broadway in Atlanta Series Subscribers can exchange tickets should conflict arise. Exchanges will be made from the best available seating.

EXCHANGES BY PHONE

Ticket exchanges by phone may be done by calling 800.278.4447 (M–F, 9am to 5pm ET). Please have your tickets in hand when calling to exchange by phone as we will ask you for a set of security numbers to verify the tickets. For the 17/18 Season, Exchanges done by phone will incur a $3 per ticket convenience fee. For the 2018/19 season, exchanges done by phone will not incur a fee.

ONLINE EXCHANGES

Online exchanges are now available to Series Subscribers for free via BroadwayInAtlanta.com. Simply click “Manage My Tickets” under the “Subscriptions” menu at the top of the homepage, log-in to select the event you want to exchange, and follow the drop down option to “Exchange Seats.”

DONATE YOUR TICKETS
Unable to use your tickets? Don't let them go to waste! Now you can easily donate* your tickets online to Most Valuable Kids (MVK), a positive source of inspiration to underserved kids in the Greater Atlanta Area. Learn more about MVK here. Your tickets will be distributed to boys and girls, 18 and under, through MVK’s numerous organizations that focus on children in low-income and underserved households as well as to people who provide time and services to these kids. MVK will acknowledge every ticket donation.

*Online ticket donations must be processed 3 business days prior to your performance.

TICKET FORWARDING
Unable to use your tickets? Want to send them to a friend or family member? Ticket Forwarding is a virtual Will Call that allows you to offer your season tickets for an event to another individual via email. The recipient of the offer will receive, which can be accepted or declined. If accepted, the tickets will be delivered via TicketFast® and can be printed at home to attend the event. Service fees may apply. For simple steps on how to use Ticket Forwarding click HERE. Please note: ticket forwarding may not be available for all Broadway in Atlanta shows.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT EXCHANGES AND ADDITIONAL TICKETS:

Ticket exchanges for Disney’s Aladdin must be completed no later than 72 hours prior to your performance. For all other shows, tickets must be exchanged no later than 48 hours in advance of the date of your originally scheduled performance and by Friday at 3pm for Saturday and Sunday performances.

Subscriber additional tickets purchased by phone or online will incur an additional $10.00 per ticket service fee. Your subscriber pricing, if applicable, will be honored if you exchange your tickets. However, when exchanging from a lower to a higher-priced performance or into VIP Seating, the price difference must be collected when processing the exchange. Exchanges may only be made for a different performance of the same show.

FEES

18/19 SEASON

7-SHOW PACKAGE
The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets as well as $40 in handling fees, a total of $26.25 in facility fees, all applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Patron Subscription Fee noted below. Please note, the Package Total listed on invoices or automatic renewal notices sent to you include an OPTIONAL $5.00 per seat contribution to Broadway In Atlanta’s Education Fund. If you DO NOT wish to contribute, simply call 800.278.4447 (Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm) to have it deducted from your total.



PATRON SUBSCRIPTIONS
Patron Level subscriptions (Orchestra Center Rows A-M/Loge Sections A-D Rows AA-FF) include an additional $110 fee for each seat purchased. Patron subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations, available only to these subscribers, prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. Additional benefits for Patron subscribers include parking vouchers for complimentary and discounted parking at select lots, and invitations to private events.



17/18 SEASON

THEATER POLICIES

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time out of courtesy for the performers and your fellow audience members. Arriving late may result in seating holds or alternate seating within the theatre. Admission or re-admission of latecomers is ultimately subject to the producers’ discretion and guidelines for each individual show.

TICKETS FOR CHILDREN

A ticket must be purchased for every person attending the show, regardless of age.

ACCESSIBLE SERVICES

The ASL-interpreted designated performance is the Sunday Matinee during the first week of performances and the audio-described performance is the Saturday Matinee during the first week of performances. LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS

Should your tickets become lost or stolen please contact us immediately at 800.278.4447 (M–F, 9am to 5pm ET) so we can arrange to have your tickets reprinted for you. For the security of your account, lost or stolen reprints will not be mailed or emailed. They will be held at Will Call for pick up an hour before your scheduled performance. Proper ID is required. Please note that lost tickets cannot be exchanged.

REFUNDS

Should you miss your performance, a refund will not be issued. Pending show approval, we will attempt to accommodate you with seats to another performance of the same show. Availability cannot be guaranteed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions posted on our website at BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions. We do not support the reselling of these tickets above face value through any means other than through authorized reselling programs of Broadway Across America. Doing so will constitute a breach of these Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and Account Holders who violate this rule may be subject to revocation of their purchasing status and seats.


When reviewing prices listed on your tickets, they will not add up to the total amount paid. Ticket prices listed do not include season handling fees or Patron Club per subscription seat fees. Due to the nature of live entertainment; prices, dates, times, venues, artists and on sale dates are subject to change without notice.

PARKING

SEASON PARKING PACKAGE NOW AVAILABLE

Each parking package will include 10 Parking Passes for the 2018/2019 Season. Parking Passes are valid for any show in the 2018/2019 Season including Season Options and are $120 for each package. Add parking to your Season HERE. Deadline to purchase parking package is Thursday, June 22, 2018.
